Live Chat

Live Chat is real-time conversation with visitors who use your website widget.

Agent workspace

Open Live Chat. Conversations appear in the left list. Select one to reply. The right panel can show customer context and knowledge base articles.

Widgets

Admins install and style widgets under Chat Widgets. Chat only appears for visitors if the widget is published and the plan includes live chat.

Sounds

You can mute notification sounds from the chat workspace if you need a quieter desk.
